Terms of sale
These terms govern your use of https://www.nalz.co.za and any purchase you make from Nalz (Pty) Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
Pricing & payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, SnapScan, Zapper, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Order acceptance
An order is confirmed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing errors.
Risk & ownership
Risk in your items passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes on receipt of full payment.
Personalization
Personalized items are non-returnable except where faulty. Please confirm spelling, font and thread colour carefully at checkout — we embroider exactly what you provide.
Intellectual property
All content on https://www.nalz.co.za (including text, photography, logos and the Nalz wordmark) belongs to Nalz (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
