Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days. Personalized pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to request a return

  1. 1. Email care@nalz.co.za within 14 days of delivery
  2. 2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. 3. We'll arrange collection or send a return label within one working day
  4. 4. Refund processed within 5 working days of receiving the return

Faulty items

If your Nalz piece arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We'll replace it, refund it, or repair it — whichever you prefer. Faulty personalized pieces are always eligible.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in our policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, including the 6-month implied warranty against defects.
